01What do wearer-perceived note percentages mean?
They show how often our community notices a note in wear, not the formula concentration. Use them as a helpful guide to the lived scent experience.
02How does top, heart and base development work?
Top notes appear first, heart notes shape the fragrance as it settles, and base notes linger longest. The stages overlap and evolve rather than changing at exact fixed times.
03What should I expect from projection?
Projection describes how far a fragrance radiates from the wearer. We describe it as intimate, moderate, or noticeable to help you set expectations for your space.
04How long will a fragrance last?
Longevity estimates reflect typical wear and can vary with skin, weather, application, and formulation. Treat each range as guidance, not a guarantee.
05How do I choose a size?
Choose a discovery size to explore, a travel size for portability, or a full bottle when you already know the scent belongs in your rotation.
06When will my order arrive?
Orders are fulfilled by our distributor and usually ship the day after payment is received. Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days.
07Do you accept returns?
Return requests must be made within two days of delivery. The product must be unused. Damage to the wrapper or box is acceptable and does not, by itself, prevent a return.
